Chattanooga State invites applications for a Part-time Evening Operations Coordinator in the Academic Success Center at our Chattanooga State campus. The role supports tutoring, testing, and learning services during evening hours and reports to the ASC Director.

Responsibilities include managing learning assistants, coordinating evening staff, maintaining tutor schedules, and collaborating with faculty to ensure student access after hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a relevant field.
• Progressively increasing leadership roles and responsibilities.
• Expertise in contemporary best practices in learning assistance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and use learning technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning assistants, embedded learning assistants, and tutoring staff scheduled evenings.
• Coordinate evening operations, tutoring and testing to support student success.
• Work with faculty across divisions to meet evening learning needs.
• Maintain evening tutor/restock schedules and address cancellations with substitutes.
