The coordinator will hire, train, schedule, and mentor staff; manage check‑in/check‑out, payments, and communications with families; coordinate with other departments and vendors, ensuring a Christ‑centered, joyful environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in school/camp business operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Administrative background with organizing events and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all Extended Care program operations.
• Hire, train, and mentor Extended Care staff.
• Coordinate pickup/drop-off and attendance logistics.
• Manage purchasing, payments, and refunds for Extended Care.
• Communicate with parents about schedules and activities.
• Ensure safety procedures and coordination with campus operations.
