Job summary

Roto-Rooter is hiring a full-time Call Center Dispatcher for our Tempe, AZ on-site call center. This 2nd-shift role supports a national service network, coordinating field technicians and informing customers about arrival times. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

You will manage technician workloads across multiple states, relay essential job details, and resolve customer concerns in a fast-paced environment. Strong MS Word/Excel and excellent customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
• Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in our fast-paced work environment.
• Must be flexible to accommodate schedule of a 24/7 business; including Weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between our field service technicians and customers.
• Distribute jobs to field service technicians.
• Manage the workload of service technicians in a multi-state region.
• Interact with customers to keep them informed of the arrival status of their assigned service technician.
• Relay necessary job details and other information to the service technician.
• Resolve any customer service concerns.
