Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree required.
• Specialized training in health systems or survey data preferred.
• Demonstrated planning and management skills.
• Ability to follow protocol with flexibility for unforeseen issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with care providers, operations staff, study participants, and funders.
• Experience developing and maintaining computerized databases.
• Reliable transportation for travel to HealthPartners clinics and meeting sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage evaluation and survey projects within budget.
• Act as liaison with clinic staff and external partners.
• Design systems, forms, questionnaires, surveys, interview guides, and focus group guides.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource estimates.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Direct and educate project staff as needed.
• Allocate resources and manage smaller project budgets.
• Document data collection processes and ensure data quality.
• Prepare final reports for funding agencies and clients.
• Support Center operations and related activities.
