Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a full-time Evaluation and Survey Project Manager to lead complex evaluation and survey projects across clinics. You will manage project plans, budgets, recruitment, data collection, and analysis, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders, researchers, and external partners.

The role requires strong communication, supervision experience, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health or related field required.
• Experience in evaluating, surveying or research within healthcare.
• Minimum of three years’ experience managing complex projects.
• Two years’ experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple complex projects with clinics and partners.
• Develop detailed project plans, timetables and budgets.
• Design documentation systems, surveys and data collection forms.
• Supervise project staff and ensure protocol adherence.
• Generate reports and contribute to final deliverables.
