Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in flight operations or EVA-related roles.
• Experience presenting to senior managers or external advisors.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily activities of the AxEVA Mission Integration team.
• Generate and maintain EVA flight operations training products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to inform design from operations perspective.
• Support S&MA activities and flight operations products development.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply agile project management throughout lifecycle.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
