Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking an energetic Mission Integration, Operations, and Training Engineer to support the AxEVA program. You will assist with EVA-related operations training products, flight operations interfacing, model and simulation development, and overall mission integration tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with 5–10 years in flight operations or EVA-related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5–10 years in flight operations, EVA development/engineering, or similar roles
• Experience presenting critical information to senior managers or external advisors
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily activities of the AxEVA Program Mission Integration, Operations, and Training team
• Generate and maintain Axiom EVA flight operations training products
• Collaborate with engineering teams to inform design from an operations perspective
• Support S&MA activities and products from a flight operations viewpoint
• Communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Apply agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform additional duties as assigned
