LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to professionally park and retrieve vehicles while greeting customers by name and building rapport. You will direct traffic, stay self-reliant, and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor to ensure outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to drive manual vehicles and work across multiple locations. This is a fast-paced role requiring reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars, greet customers by name, and build rapport.
• Direct traffic to keep flow of cars organized and safe.
• Work with or without supervision and maintain a self-reliant attitude.
• Promote excellent customer relations and make customers love LAZ Parking.
