Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Trainer - Vehicle Technician in Foster City, CA to support BaseOPS training for Vehicle Technicians and cross-functional teams.

You will develop and deliver training on EV systems, high-voltage safety, diagnostics, and autonomous vehicle fundamentals, while tracking outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

This role requires 2-5 years in automotive or EV fields, strong communication, and the ability to work with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive, EV, or autonomous vehicle experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, EV technologies, schematics, and diagnostics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to explain complex concepts.
• Experience developing training materials and instructional programs.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and identify technical training needs to support team objectives.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and instructional content for vehicle technicians and operations teams.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on training covering EV systems, high-voltage safety, diagnostics, repairs, and autonomous vehicle fundamentals.
• Track training completion, evaluate effectiveness, and improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to standardize content and ensure safety and operational standards.
