Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s client, a leader in autonomous electric vehicle technology, seeks a Trainer - Vehicle Technician in San Francisco, CA to join the Base Operations Training Department. You will develop and deliver training programs for vehicle technicians and operations teams, covering EV systems, high-voltage safety, diagnostics, and autonomous fundamentals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive, EV, or autonomous vehicle experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, schematics, diagnostics, and EV technologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience developing training materials, presentations, and instructional programs.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and identify technical training needs to support team objectives.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and instructional content for vehicle technicians and operations teams.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on training covering EV systems, high-voltage safety, diagnostics, repairs, and autonomous vehicle fundamentals.
• Track training completion, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to standardize training content and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
