As a Trainer - Vehicle Technician, you will be part of the Base Operations (BaseOPS) Training Department supporting Vehicle Technicians, Maintenance Personnel, and Cross-Functional Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s Needed?

• 2-5 years of automotive, electric vehicle, or autonomous vehicle experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, schematics, diagnostics, and EV technologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience developing training materials, presentations, and instructional programs.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening requirements.
