Qualifications

• Experience creating training materials and programs.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and identify training needs to support objectives.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and instructional content for vehicle technicians and operations teams.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on training covering EV systems, high-voltage safety, diagnostics, repairs, and autonomous vehicle fundamentals.
• Track training completion, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to standardize training content and ensure safety and operational standards.
