ENC - ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is seeking a Field Service Technician III to diagnose, repair, and service complex bus systems across the Western region from our Riverside HQ.

This master-level role leads projects, delivers on-site and remote support, trains junior techs, and collaborates with engineering and production to improve reliability. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field service experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel about 70% to customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant service/repair experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or equipment-based environment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Lead complex service or repair projects with minimal supervision.
• Calibrate, repair, and maintain critical system components and safety equipment.
• Mentor and train junior service technicians (Service I & II).
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Travel requirement: 70% travel.
• Read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
