Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician in Costa Mesa to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will work on HV/LV systems, document interactions, and collaborate with the service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in automotive service with EV/HEV experience, a valid license, and willingness to complete CPR training after hire. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a fast-paced, luxury automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive service tech experience, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Customer facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform HV/LV electrical diagnosis.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software.
• Communicate effectively with service team and customers.
• Support mobile service team and remote work as needed.
• Comply with repair order procedures and quality standards.
