Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Onboarding Specialist to design, launch, and refine onboarding for technicians, service advisors, parts staff and more. You will ensure access to DMS and diagnostic tools, guide new hires through the first 90 days, and create comprehensive training materials to uphold Lucid’s service standards.

Role requires EV/auto service knowledge, strong facilitation, and the ability to collaborate with field teams for ongoing coaching and content improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in service and/or parts training, operations, or customer service (automotive or EV experience preferred).
• Strong presentation and facilitation presence, actively listening and quickly adapting content for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience developing and delivering operational training.
• Strong understanding of service processes, customer service standards, and parts management.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive onboarding program (in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning) for new service hires.
• Ensure new employees have correct system access (DMS, parts ordering, diagnostic tools) by coordinating with IT.
• Guide employees through the first 90 days with milestones and resources.
• Create training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, e‑learn modules).
• Provide training on service processes and customer service standards.
• Work with service teams to reinforce training and provide on‑the‑job coaching.
• Identify knowledge gaps and feedback loops to improve content and delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
