Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician (2nd Shift) to diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid vehicles. You will work on HV/LV systems with a focus on safe, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of automotive technician experience, EV/HEV diagnosis, EPA 609 certification, and a valid driver’s license; CPR training may be required post-hire. Lucid will reimburse training costs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of automotive service technician experience, EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic to major mechanical issues.
• Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics on EV/HEV systems.
• Maintain documentation via service orders.
• Use software to document customer vehicle interactions.
• Collaborate with service team and customers.
• Demonstrate and share learned technical skills with others.
• Support remote/mobile service as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
