Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. seeks a Reliability Engineer/Sr. Technician to lead reliability testing for xEV products in the Americas region. You will support regional sites in developing test systems, collaborating on test methods, and formulating testing strategies to meet requirements.

You will analyze testing data, advise on continuous improvements to management, and ensure alignment with environmental and life cycle testing standards. Ability to travel domestically and overseas is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year Engineering degree or 2-year degree with extensive manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of GD&T and print interpretation.
• Familiarity with electrical/mechanical schematics and component specs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reliability testing for xEV products in the Americas region.
• Provide support to regional sites for test system development.
• Collaborate on test method development and testing strategies.
• Analyze testing data and advise on continuous improvement options to management.
