Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a senior GRC Program Manager to strengthen the connection between government regulations, safety requirements, EV compliance, and final product release decisions. This role is fully onsite at our Casa Grande, Arizona manufacturing location.

In the first 12 months you will own the development and execution of regulatory controls for production readiness, audit readiness, and compliant vehicle release across models and markets, working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in an automotive, manufacturing plant environment.
• 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or government affairs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory compliance, or related technical field.
• Experience introducing new systems, equipment, or manufacturing processes into production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, release controls, and quality systems.
• Ability to interpret regulatory or safety requirements into manufacturing controls and release criteria.
• Clear ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Controls: Define and maintain government regulatory processes and release criteria.
• Homologation Alignment: Translate requirements into manufacturing processes and controls.
• Release Readiness: Ensure evidence is complete before vehicle release.
• Process Verification: Lead production surveillance for regulatory and safety compliance.
• Risk Resolution: Drive containment and corrective actions for violations.
• Audit Readiness: Prepare evidence and drive audit closure.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with design, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.
