Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks an Operations Manager for the Casa Grande, AZ General Assembly team. You will oversee daily production activities, lead a supervisors group, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across operations.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to standardize processes, manage resources, and provide actionable performance insights in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of automotive manufacturing experience in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including coaching and team development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day General Assembly operations, ensuring adherence to quality and productivity goals.
• Lead and develop a team of production supervisors, providing clear guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering to standardize and improve processes for efficiency and training accuracy.
• Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials to maintain uninterrupted workflows.
• Enforce quality assurance protocols through regular inspections and issue resolution.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for parts and materials, balancing availability and cost control.
• Prepare and present operational reports, maintaining accurate records of production, training, and resource utilization.
