Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a senior GRC Program Manager to strengthen regulatory compliance, safety labeling, and EV release across models. You will define government controls, partner with Homologation, and ensure complete release evidence before vehicles reach customers.

Requirements include about 10 years in automotive/manufacturing and ~5 years in regulatory compliance or government affairs, plus a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

• ~5 years in regulatory compliance or government affairs.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Controls: define and maintain government regulatory processes and release criteria by vehicle configuration and market.
• Partner with Homologation to translate requirements into manufacturing controls and release evidence.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, labeling, and EV compliance evidence is complete before release to customers.
• Lead production surveillance to verify regulations, safety, labeling, and destination-specific controls.
• Drive containment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention for compliance issues.
• Lead cross-functional response and improvements with Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Launch, Quality, Homologation, and Production.
