You will work with HV battery packs, drive units, and power electronics, ensuring quality while meeting production goals. A production mindset and clean safety record are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Identify electrical and mechanical components used in EV propulsion systems.
• Understand testing of low/high voltage circuits.
• Operate hand tools including torque wrenches.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to adapt to production targets and schedules.
• Willingness to travel about 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and record condition of field return parts.
• Assemble components after remanufacturing.
• Record critical data to track reliability and quality.
• Identify root causes and support cross-functional teams.
• Meet production goals and support containment activities.
• Maintain 5S organized work environment.
• Document repairs and in-process progress.
• Support additional plant tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with field service, production, and development teams.
