Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC-Savannah Plant seeks a Plant Manager to lead all facets of MSCe manufacturing operations, including Production, Quality, PCMM, Logistics, and Maintenance. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale while driving startup readiness, pilot production, SOP, and capacity expansion.

The incumbent will partner with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 7+ years in automotive leadership roles.
• Experience leading plant startup, greenfield launch, equipment installation and commissioning, pilot production, SOP or ramp-up.

• Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations to achieve company goals and customer requirements.
• Develop strategies to support plant startup, ramp-up, capacity expansion, and long-term growth.
