Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC-Savannah Plant is seeking an IT Manager to translate IT strategy into reliable day-to-day execution for MSCe. The role oversees ERP, MES, IT infrastructure, networks, OA, end-user computing, and cybersecurity to support manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with business functions to ensure plant readiness, continuous improvement, and secure technology adoption across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering; a master's preferred.
• 5+ years IT operations/infra/cybersecurity in manufacturing, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of MES, ERP, IT infrastructure, networks, and security controls.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and governance of MSCe IT domains including ERP, MES, IT infrastructure, networks, OA, end-user computing, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure daily operation, availability, performance, and maintenance of systems for stable manufacturing operations.
• Lead incident, change, and continuity activities; coordinate cross-domain issue resolution.
• Develop plans, roadmaps, budgets, and monitor procurement, contracts, and forecasts.
• Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring safety and security compliance.
• Partner with functions to deliver IT solutions and support plant readiness and ramp-up.
