Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for leading facility operations across multiple locations in Georgia. You will translate strategy into plans, manage budgets, and drive critical infrastructure to support safe, reliable manufacturing.

You will direct maintenance programs, oversee major projects, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure facility readiness and business continuity across sites in Savannah and nearby

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 10 years of facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing, logistics, or similar.
• 10 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using AutoCAD, or facility management software.
• Project management experience in a facility or construction related field.
• Experience in building trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC).
• Familiarity with occupational hazards and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall facilities function across assigned manufacturing sites including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.
• Translate department strategy into annual objectives, operating plans, and service standards.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets; monitor spending and forecast needs.
• Establish preventive and corrective maintenance strategies; use CMMS tools to minimize downtime.
• Lead major facility projects; approve scopes, budgets, and schedules within delegated authority.
• Select and manage contractors and service providers; monitor performance, safety, quality and cost.
