Job summary

Harbinger Motors is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to champion a world-class safety culture across our Manufacturing and R&D facilities. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will lead programs to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement while supporting second-shift operations.

You will conduct risk assessments, JHAs, incident investigations, and safety training, mentor frontline workers as Safety Champions, and partner with site

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in environmental health and safety roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to train employees and communicate safety guidelines.
Bachelor's degree preferred in occupational safety, health or related scientific disciplines.

Responsibilities

Support the creation and implementation of EHS programs aligning with rapid growth and compliance.
Conduct risk assessments, JHAs, and ergonomic evaluations to eliminate hazards.
Co-chair the EHS Safety Committee and mentor frontline workers as Safety Champions.
