Proficient in EV diagnostics tools and electrical schematics.
Strong CAN bus and automotive network knowledge.
HV safety certification and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced diagnostic and repair procedures for EV and hybrid electrical systems.
Troubleshoot EV battery management, motors, inverters and charging systems.
Interpret intricate EV electrical schematics and docs.
Use EV diagnostic software to locate faults and implement fixes.
Ensure repairs meet safety standards and high‑voltage specs.
Mentor technicians and drive best practices in EV servicing.
