Job summary

Latitude AI is seeking a Service Technician Associate to join the Service Operations team, performing maintenance and support for hybrid and electric vehicle fleets. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience.
• Experience working on vehicles professionally; garage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Expect to travel up to 15% of the time for training and/or support of other office locations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving record requirements as verified by MVR checks.
• Ability to meet Latitude’s safety screening requirements, including drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a growing fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Accurately document all findings and track time accordingly.
• Diagnose issues using supplied hardware and software combinations.
• Communicate with cross functioning teams on electrical and electronic systems and autonomous control systems.
• Follow documented work instructions completely and accurately.
• Validate Driver Assist Technologies (DAT), ADAS, AV and EV systems functionality.
• Work in small teams as needed to complete engineering requirements.
• Track inventory of the location's parts and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
