Latitude AI is seeking a Service Technician in Long Beach, CA to support electric and hybrid vehicle maintenance within the Service Operations team. You will document findings, diagnose using hardware/software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on electrical and autonomous systems.

Ideal candidates have vehicle service experience, fluency in communicate written and verbal, and familiarity with oscilloscope tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years' employment experience.
• Experience working on vehicles professionally.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with oscilloscope or picoscope.
• Willing to travel up to 25% for training/support.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document findings and track time.
• Diagnose issues using vehicle hardware/software.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams on electrical and autonomous systems.
• Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics.
• Flashing automotive control modules and CAN bus operation.
• Follow documented work instructions and ensure accuracy.
• Validate DAT/ADAS/AV and EV system functionality.
• Work in small teams to meet engineering requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
