Job summary

Digital Fix Consulting LLC is seeking an Automotive Service Technician Associate to maintain and repair a growing fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles. You will document findings, diagnose issues with hardware and software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on electrical and autonomous systems.

The role requires independence and teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 15% for training and support at other locations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience.
Experience working on vehicles professionally; garage experience preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
May travel up to 15% for training and support at other locations.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safety/background checks prior to hire.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair a growing fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles.
Accurately document all findings and track time accordingly.
Diagnose issues using supplied hardware and software combinations.
Communicate with cross functioning teams on electrical and electronic systems and autonomous control systems.
Follow documented work instructions completely and accurately.
Validate DAT, ADAS, AV and EV systems functionality.
Work in small teams as needed to complete engineering requirements.
Track inventory of parts and supplies at the location.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
