Job summary

Latitude AI is seeking a Service Technician Associate to join the Service Operations team, performing electric and hybrid vehicle maintenance and support. You will document findings, diagnose issues, and collaborate with internal teams on electrical and autonomous systems.

The role demands a hands-on approach with strong communication and teamwork. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and vehicle repair experience, plus knowledge of diagnostic hardware/software and oscilloscope

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience.
• Experience working on vehicles professionally.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with oscilloscope or picoscope.
• Travel up to 15% for training and/or support of other office locations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass driving record checks.
• Must meet Latitude’s safety screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document all findings and track time accordingly.
• Diagnose issues using supplied hardware and software combinations.
• Communicate with cross functioning teams on electrical and electronic systems and autonomous control systems.
• Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses from schematics, using hand tools and proper techniques.
• Experience with flashing and re-flashing automotive control modules and CAN bus operation.
• Follow documented work instructions completely and accurately.
• Validate DAT, ADAS, AV and EV systems functionality.
• Work in small teams as needed to complete engineering requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
