Job summary

Latitude AI is seeking a Service Technician Associate to join the Service Operations team, performing maintenance and repair of hybrid and electric vehicles and supporting autonomous systems verification. You will document findings, diagnose issues, and collaborate with engineers to meet project needs.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED with automotive experience, knowledge of diagnostic hardware/software, and the ability to travel up to 15% for training and other office

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of employment experience.
• Experience working on vehicles professionally; garage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic hardware and software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel up to 15% for training and/or support of other locations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet safety/screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a growing fleet of hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Accurately document findings and track time.
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic hardware and software.
• Communicate with cross functional teams on electrical and electronic systems and autonomous control systems.
• Follow documented work instructions completely and accurately.
• Validate DAT, ADAS, AV and EV systems functionality.
• Work in small teams as needed to complete engineering requirements.
• Track inventory of parts and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
