Job summary

Pebble is seeking an Internal Vehicle Fleet Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day upkeep, repair, and readiness of Marketing and Engineering fleet vehicles. The role blends hands-on maintenance with admin tasks such as scheduling and ticket management, requiring self-direction and organization.

Ideal candidates will balance physical work with administrative duties, communicate effectively with internal teams, and manage shifting priorities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle maintenance, detailing, or fleet operations.
• Strong self-management and ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Capable of balancing hands-on work with admin tasks (scheduling, ticketing, reporting).
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication with internal teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate and move a variety of vehicles.
• Willingness to adjust shift priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repair, maintenance, and cleaning (interior and exterior) of Marketing and Engineering vehicles.
• Maintain consistent vehicle cleanliness standards, ensuring all vehicles are presentable and road-ready at all times.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily communication with Marketing and Engineering teams regarding vehicle status, availability, and needs.
• Create and manage schedules to meet repair and service deadlines, prioritizing based on business need and urgency.
• Open, track, and close repair and maintenance tickets in a timely manner, ensuring accurate records of work performed.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to identify, request, and track spare parts needed for repairs.
• Provide a daily passdown/status update to the Manager summarizing completed work, open tickets, and priorities for the next shift.
• Proactively identify vehicle issues before they escalate, and recommend preventive maintenance where appropriate.
• Manage own workload and time independently, adjusting schedule as needed within the 8-hour shift to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility and safety standards.
