Job summary

Pebblelife seeks an Internal Vehicle Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily upkeep, repair, and cleaning of Marketing and Engineering fleet vehicles. The role blends hands-on maintenance with scheduling, ticketing, and cross-team communication, requiring strong organization and self-direction.

The ideal candidate will manage repair tickets, coordinate parts with warehouse, and provide daily updates to leadership while maintaining a safe, efficient shop environment within an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in vehicle maintenance, detailing, or fleet operations.
• Strong self-management and ability to plan daily tasks with minimal oversight.
• Balance hands-on work with administrative tasks (scheduling, ticketing, reporting).
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication with internal teams and management.
• Basic proficiency with ticketing systems or scheduling tools (or ability to learn quickly).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repair, maintenance, and cleaning (interior and exterior) of vehicles.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness to keep them road-ready.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily communications about vehicle status and needs.
• Create and manage schedules to meet repair and service deadlines.
• Open, track, and close repair and maintenance tickets with accurate records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain to identify and track spare parts.
• Provide a daily passdown to the Manager with completed work and priorities.
• Identify issues early and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Manage workload and time within an 8-hour shift to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
