Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Fishers, Indiana, responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles at customer locations or service centers. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, hands-on automotive experience, and proficiency in using both hand and power tools.

This role features a competitive salary range of $22.50 - $33.13 hourly, benefits including paid vacation and insurance coverage from the first day of employment for full-time workers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work experience in an automotive shop is highly preferred.
• Experience with electric vehicle (EV) or hybrid repair is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Identify and explain the Rivian product line and tools.
• Conduct road tests to ensure the quality of repairs.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and power tools

Strong organizational skills

Ability to drive a non-commercial truck and trailer

Ability to read and speak fluent English

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
