Job summary

Tellus Power Green is seeking a hands-on EV Field Support Technician to join our growing team. You will install, service, and troubleshoot EV charging stations and related electrical infrastructure at customer sites across the United States.

You will perform on-site diagnostics for Level 2 and DCFC equipment, coordinate with network operations, and document activities while ensuring NEC compliance and safety standards. Travel is required; strong customer-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical, EV charging, or related field service.
• Familiar with Level 2 EVSE and DCFC systems such as ChargePoint, ABB, BTC Power.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; travel to job sites required.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred; EV certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot EV charging stations and related electrical infrastructure.
• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on Level 2 and DCFC equipment.
• Coordinate with network operations to resolve connectivity issues.
• Document service activities and equipment status using field service tools.
• Ensure work complies with NEC codes and safety standards.
