Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years of hands-on automotive/technical experience; open to recent graduates.
• Graduation from automotive repair program preferred.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect vehicles across centers, mobile routes, or remote sites.
• Learn product lines, EV framework, and tools under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures and safety standards.
• Road test vehicles to verify repair quality and safety.
• Assist with parts operations, inventory, and expenses.
• Document detailed repair notes for internal/external use.
• Maintain professional customer interactions at service facilities.
