Job summary

Rivian Automotive in Wisconsin is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work under mentorship to support EV repairs, inspections, and mobile service, with flexibility for remote work or travel as needed.

You may operate at a service center or on mobile routes, learning EV frameworks and diagnostic workflows under experienced technicians.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
Graduation from an accredited automotive repair school/program is highly preferred.
0–3 years hands-on experience in an automotive shop or technical environment.

Responsibilities

Perform or assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections at service centers or on mobile/remote locations.
Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship.
Follow repair procedures safely and maintain quality standards.
Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and safety.
Assist with parts operations, inventory, and work orders/expense reporting.
Maintain detailed technical notes and documentation for repairs.
Interact professionally with customers and partners at facilities or events.
Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns and training.
Pursue required training and grow technical skills with increasing independence.
