Rivian is seeking a junior to mid-level Technician to grow technical skills while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work under senior technicians to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service.

The role may involve remote work, mobile service, or plant support as needed. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays on a rotating basis, 4:30pm–1am, plus a 15% pay differential between 6:00pm and 6:00am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on automotive/shop or technical experience.
• Basic EV/hybrid exposure is a plus and startup experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations and inspections.
• Learn product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories under mentorship.
• Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines diligently.
• Conduct road tests post-repair to verify quality and safety.
• Support parts operations, inventory, and work orders.
• Document detailed notes for completed and in-progress repairs.
• Interact professionally with customers and partners at facilities or events.
• Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns.
• Engage in training to grow technical skills with less supervision.
