Job summary

ABC Companies is seeking an Electric Vehicle Field Service Specialist to diagnose and repair BEVs in customer locations across North America. You’ll work with high-voltage batteries, BMS, charging interfaces, and CAN/J1939 networks, delivering hands-on field service and technical training.

This mobile role requires travel, strong problem-solving, and clear communication with customers, dealers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing BEV systems and HV safety practices.
• Familiarity with CAN/J1939 networks and vehicle data interpretation.
• Proven track record in mobile field service and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and mobile repair support for ABC-supported BEVs.
• Diagnose HV battery systems, BMS, charging interfaces, and CAN networks.
• Perform on-site repairs, field investigations, and corrective actions at customer locations.
• Deliver technical training and customer support for EV platforms and safety practices.
