Harbinger Motors in Michigan seeks a Delivery Operations Manager to oversee Step Van and stripped-chassis deliveries from the HPC in Sturgis. You will coordinate with Sales, Upfitting, Production, Quality and Logistics to ensure on-time, correctly configured deliveries.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, risk anticipation, and meticulous documentation to prevent disruptions, while improving scheduling, parts readiness, and process visibility within a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Five years+ experience in project or program management.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Authorized to work in the United States or eligible for visa work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize Step Van and chassis deliveries with the Master Scheduler to ensure on-time, accurate shipments.
• Oversee pilot rework activities and ensure parts availability, document control, and deviations are properly managed.
• Ensure quality documentation and checklists are complete before delivery to customers or dealers.
