Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex, systemic issues across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Apply predictive reliability analysis to identify failure modes.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to implement reliability growth plans.
• Manage field performance data and funnel into engineering sprints.
