IONNA is seeking a Brand Ambassador to drive EV education and dealership engagement across markets. You will host education days, train dealership sales teams, and translate field insights into actionable feedback for Marketing.

Travel will be up to 70% across multiple markets, and you will represent the brand in a professional, hospitality-forward manner. The role reports to the Sr Manager of Dealership Marketing and offers a competitive base salary with strong bonus programs and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales training or dealership enablement.
• Proven ability to design and deliver in-person training to sales teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-market travel coordination.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Lead in-person dealership training sessions across OEM networks.
• Deliver OEM-specific training content for partner programs.
• Travel to dealership markets for on-site training days.
• Serve as the go-to resource for dealership teams on IONNA's products.
• Execute dealer marketing program across assigned markets.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to deploy assets at each location.
• Support scheduling and coordination of training visits across dealership markets.
• Track and report program execution status, dealership engagement, and training completion.
