Job summary

Jackson Dawson is seeking an energetic Automotive Product and Technology Trainer to lead in-dealership training on ICE and EV products. You will coach Sales Consultants on vehicle technologies, features, and customer benefits, evaluate knowledge, and sharpen presentation skills.

The role involves leading engaging sessions, sharing product insights, and maintaining strong dealership relationships while participating in trainer development and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and evolving technologies.
• Familiarity with dealership operations; prior dealership experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint, and AV equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on training sessions on ICE and EV products and technologies.
• Share insights on product features and competitive positioning.
• Build relationships with assigned dealerships and provide ongoing trainer development.
• Complete weekly admin duties, including time/expense reports and status updates.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
