IONNA is seeking a polished Brand Ambassador to lead EV education and dealership training across key markets. You’ll host education days, train dealership sales teams, and gather field insights to feed Marketing. Travel up to 70% and represent the brand professionally in person and on camera.

You’ll partner with OEMs and drive EV adoption while delivering exceptional hospitality. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales training or dealership enablement, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales training, dealership/field enablement, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering in-person training for sales teams or dealership staff.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with multi-market travel schedules and training logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-person training sessions for dealership sales teams across OEM networks.
• Deliver OEM-specific training content and materials.
• Travel to dealership markets for on-site training days.
• Serve as a go-to resource for dealership questions on IONNA's product and partnership value.
• Execute dealer marketing programs and coordinate on-site activations.
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to deploy assets at locations.
• Coordinate scheduling of training visits across markets and report progress.
