Job summary

Jackson Dawson in Houston is seeking an Automotive Product and Technology Trainer to lead in-dealership training on ICE and EV products. You will coach Sales Consultants on vehicle technologies, features, and benefits, and evaluate their knowledge.

The role focuses on delivering engaging, hands-on sessions, building relationships with dealerships, and contributing to trainer development and travel related duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and dealership operations; prior dealership experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer and presentation tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and AV equipment setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions covering new ICE and EV products and technologies.
• Share insights on product features, advantages, and how they stack up against the competition.
• Build and sustain strong, trusted relationships with your assigned dealerships.
• Take part in ongoing trainer development and skill-building sessions.
• Complete weekly administrative duties, including time and expense reports and status updates.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
