Zero Impact Energy is seeking an on-site Telemarketing/Sales representative in Costa Mesa, CA. The role involves high-volume cold calling to prospects across four states, promoting EV charging products, explaining incentives, rebates, and revenue opportunities.

This hourly position includes commission and requires the ability to convey a complex business model with internal tools for proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS is a plus.
• 3–5 years of telemarketing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and hitting targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities by cold and outbound calls, marketing activities, and market research.
• Engage with prospects to understand needs and clearly communicate benefits of our EV charging and renewable energy solutions.
• Present and promote company products and services via calls, emails, meetings, and sales materials.
• Develop opportunities from initial contact through close by following up, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data, prepare reports, and track follow-up activities for management.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive service and proactive follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and case studies to educate prospects.
