Emporia Energy seeks a Product Lead to own the roadmap for EV charging, energy monitoring, and smart plugs. You will ensure the portfolio remains healthy, competitive, and profitable by managing field quality, firmware releases, and pricing decisions.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support, driving AI-enabled improvements and a disciplined gate process to accelerate value delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management for hardware or consumer electronics.
• Experience owning sustaining work: field quality, warranty and RMA analysis.
• Comfort with AI tools and building tooling to accelerate execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap across EVSE, Vue, and Smart Plug lines.
• Drive cost-down, margin in mature product lines, and supply continuity.
• Lead launch readiness and end-of-life decisions with Engineering and Operations.
• Partner with Customer Support to reduce top drivers of contacts and returns.
• Own end-to-end product decisions and governance through the PDLC.
