JOLT is seeking an experienced Operations AI Delivery Lead to own the AI roadmap for global Operations across predictive maintenance, CX automation, and real-time network monitoring. You will translate local pain points into scalable digital product solutions.

Based in the US or Canada, you will lead a small team across markets, influence regional leaders, and drive continuous improvement while embedding agentic AI workflows to move from reactive to proactive operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of building or owning AI/automation products in an operational context (supply chain, field ops, CX, or logistics)
• Experience influencing and leading operational teams, ideally in a global context
• Commercial and analytical mindset: comfortable with data, KPIs, and ROI-based decision making
• Industry background in EV charging (CPO), physical infrastructure, Out-of-Home Media, or Tech hardware preferred
• Digital Product management experience a plus

Lead the design and delivery of JOLT’s AI-first Operations ecosystem - while overseeing Global CX and Supply Chain. This is a role which combines operational leadership with building AI and Automation solutions to operational problems. You will be hands on tools building the Agentic Operations ecosystem for JOLT, collaborating with Digital Product and Software Engineering. You will lead the Global Supply Chain and Customer Experience functions and influence local Operations leads across five markets to drive operational excellence and adopt AI-native ways of working. JOLT operates ~2,600 EV charging/OOH advertising stations across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. This role is based in the US or Canada.

Operations AI Delivery Lead

• Own and deliver the AI roadmap for JOLT's Global Operations - across predictive maintenance, CX automation, and real-time network monitoring
• Define, prioritise, and ship AI & automation features, translating operational pain points from local Operations Managers into scalable digital product solutions
• Embed agentic AI workflows across the Operations function, shifting JOLT from reactive to preventative operations

Global CX and Supply Chain

• Own and lead Global Supply Chain and Customer Experience Operations - setting strategy, leading a small team, owning KPIs, and driving continuous improvement
• Global Supply Chain at JOLT relates to charging, screen equipment and spare part planning, ordering, storage and transport
• Global Customer Experience at JOLT relates to driver support via digital and contract centre channels

Local Operational Excellence

• Drive operational excellence and best practices across global markets by influencing local Operations Managers
• Own Global Operations & Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operating cadence
• Drive Continuous Improvement projects across global markets

Required Skills

• Demonstrated track record of building or owning AI/automation products in an operational context (supply chain, field ops, CX, or logistics)

Previous experience

• 5-10+ years in a blend of Operations and Digital Product or Software Engineering - we are looking for someone who has led operations and built / owned the tools that run them, preferably in EV Charging (CPO), Out-of-Home Media, Tech Hardware or Physical Infrastructure
• Previous experience in a start-up, scale-up, or consulting environment where you have had to build structure in a fast-paced global environment
