Job summary

The Hire Mark is seeking a hands-on General Manager in Long Beach, CA to lead day-to-day operations for a rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure company. This full-time onsite role partners with ownership to drive growth, build scalable processes, and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a growing EV charging infrastructure company.
• Partner directly with ownership to execute strategic initiatives.
• Oversee project execution from development through completion.
• Manage and mentor operational leaders.
• Recruit, hire, and develop additional leadership and operational staff.
• Build scalable systems, processes, and operational best practices.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, municipalities, and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and project delivery.
• Support business development and company growth initiatives.
• Step into operational challenges wherever needed to keep projects moving.
