Job summary

Tower Mobility LLC is seeking a Charging Attendant to keep our electric fleet charged, organized, and road-ready. You will plug in EVs, monitor charge levels, and arrange vehicles at charging stations to support efficient dispatch.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase initiative, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Must be highly organized with a focus on workflow structure.
  • Ability to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards used by the company.
  • Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Plug EVs into chargers and manage vehicle organization while monitoring charge levels.
  • Organize vehicles so that uncharged cars are ready to be connected as soon as charging completes.
  • Navigate the vehicles throughout the lot to charging stations and dispatch zones.
